Seed new-home lawns, bare areas, and ground restored after outdoor projects, with protective straw and an aftercare plan.

Not sure whether to seed or sod? Both need prepared soil, watering, and ongoing care. Seeding has a longer establishment period; we discuss the options for your site during the estimate.

PREPARATION COMES FIRST

The finish depends on the prep.

We rebuild or reshape beds, clear unwanted growth, and prepare the soil before placing materials. Landscape fabric is included where appropriate to the agreed scope.

Low spots, compacted soil, drainage concerns, and additional topsoil may need separate preparation. Grading & Drainage helps establish the levels before planting or lawn installation.

Paver Borders and Edging define clean transitions between beds, lawns, and paths.
